The Laugh Resort is not your typical standup comedy club. Firstly, we’re
Toronto’s only independent comedy club.
But our philosophy – and that of the comedians who
perform here – is also distinct. We know that making
you a part of the show – and, more importantly, making
you laugh – doesn’t have to involve cheap put
downs and expletive-filled rants.
Sure, our shows are everything you want and expect in a comedy
club – humour that’s intelligent, edgy, controversial,
thought provoking and, of course, consistently very very funny.
It’s why we’ve been Toronto’s premiere
choice for standup comedy for more than 15 years. It’s
why we’re a haven for such standup icons as Ray Romano,
Brent Butt, Adam Sandler, Ellen Degeneres, Ron
James, and David Spade.
